The groupings signing up a petition started by CEAR (Spanish Committee for Refugee Aid) and backed by more than 200 non-profit organizations – we among them – and almost 40 000 citizens are asking the Spanish Government to urgently start in the present context of health emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic a regularization process of both migrants in an irregular administrative situation and asylum seekers long awaiting adjudication of their claims.
