India – Fun Run 2020: A Virtual Run/Walkathon for Migrants
In an endeavour towards rebuilding the lives of millions of migrant workers, who have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown, the Jesuit Conference of India (JCI) is organising “FUN RUN 2020” – One Step for Migrants - a virtual event. The FUN RUN 2020 is a virtual Run/Walkathon to generate awareness and to support the cause of millions of distressed migrant workers in India. It is being organised in partnership with the Jesuit Educational Association of South Asia (JEASA), Jesuit Higher Education Association of South Asia (JHEASA) and Jesuit Alumni Associations of India (JAAI). The General Assembly is the highest governing body of the Federation of Fe y Alegria Movement. It comprises 22 member countries, the General Coordination, and the Presidents of the Conferences of Jesuit Provincials of Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, and Europe. To enrich the Movement's sustainability, the General Assembly provided input and recommendations to the executive team.

On 18 October 2023, Fe y Alegría in Ecuador held the opening event to mark 60 years of service to education. More than 700 people from different parts of the country gathered to commemorate the important date.
