Jubilee Year 2025: #OneHopeManyJourneys storytelling challenge
The Jubilee Year 2025 under the theme “Pilgrims of Hope” is underway. Throughout this year, Pope Francis invites us to share in the Christian hope that does not disappoint and calls us to be “tangible signs of hope for those of our brothers and sisters who experience hardships of any kind.”
Inspired by this call to hope in a world often shadowed by despair, the Society of Jesus invites you to join a global storytelling movement that celebrates hope as a radical act of faith in God.
For this season of Lent 2025 (5 March–20 April),we invite individuals from all over the world to film a one-minute video answering the question, "Where have you found, created, or shared hope as a Pilgrim of Hope?”
Selected videos will be shared across our Jesuit platforms and social media pages, creating a chorus of voices from all over the world that tell of hope, even in difficult times. The videos are to be filmed vertically, and they are to be sent to this dropbox link
Why hope?
Hope is not a solitary virtue; it thrives and inspires when shared. From the toughest situations of war, hunger, poverty, and marginalization to the humdrum of everyday life, hope emerges in simple acts of courage, compassion, and community.
This campaign aims to unite everyone to witness to hope as a living, collective force, reflecting the Ignatian call to “find God in all things.” Whether through moments of encounter, prayer or service, our #OneHopeManyjourneys can inspire others to walk together better as pilgrims of hope.
