Ecojesuit, one of the four international advocacy networks under the umbrella of the Social Justice and Ecoloy Secretariat, released recently a video. Its theme: the balance of life, the oikos of economy and the oikos of ecology. It is a reminder that everything is interconnected; we are all living in the same world–the same “household”–where we must learn to strike a balance. It recalls the words of Pope Francis in the encyclical Laudato si’: “The human environment and the natural environment deteriorate together; we cannot adequately combat environmental degradation unless we attend to causes related to human and social degradation.”Read more…

The first version of the Escuela de la Paz (Peace School) was held in Sucre City from 31 March to 2 April 2023 in the Azari retreat house. It aims to bring transformation in people through dialogue for constructive change of conflicts. Now, Sucre has its first Peace School.
