The Social Justice and Ecology Secretariat (SJES) assists Father General in developing the apostolic mission of the Society of Jesus in its dimension for promoting social justice and reconciliation with creation. The Secretariat establishes collaboration between apostolic sectors, the Church and the civil society groups paying special attention to the social and ecological justice.
