Venezuela – Luis Ugalde: “The rebellion is the social unrest”

The facts speak. This expression defines with upmost clarity the seriousness of the crisis we are going through. It is an indisputable motto. Our country has turned into an open-air jail, and the jailer is in command, because he is the one who has the key to the bars, and the one who has weapons, but he cannot endure, he cannot improve the jail. This is the conclusion reached at by the Jesuit priest Luis Ugalde, former chancellor of the Andrés Bello Catholic University. Rebellion does exist; the rebellion is the social unrest.
