USA – Testimony on Policy Challenges Facing Congress

On March 2, four members of the Jesuit network gave voice to the voiceless at a Capitol Hill briefing on criminal justice, environmental justice, immigration and poverty. The panel of experts shared their views on policy challenges and opportunities for the 115th Congress. Hosted by the Jesuit Conference and the Ignatian Solidarity Network, the briefing framed policy priorities in light of Catholic and Jesuit principles, grounded in the lived experiences of the people served by Jesuits and their lay colleagues.
