The Jesuit Conference has written a letter to the US Senate urging it to support the Second Chance Reauthorization Act, which addresses many of the challenges facing individuals re-entering society following incarceration. The letter says that more needs to be done in order to ensure that as many people as possible successfully re-enter society.
