Africa – Jesuit Social Centres’ prepare a common action plan

Most African countries, though rich in natural resources, are ranked among the poorest in the world. In this context, Jesuit African Social Centres (JASCNET) organized a 3 day training workshop on governance of natural resources from June 19 to 23 at Arrupe Centre in Lumbashi, DRC, for eight Jesuit social centres and their partners. The training was meant to help the delegates to come to a better understanding of what is at stake in the governance of natural resources in Africa today.
