The documentary Himalaias: viagem dos Jesuítas portugueses retraces the routes of a group of intrepid pioneer Portuguese Jesuits in the early 17th century in the Himalaya area, inviting viewers to meet an important chapter of our collective past: the exploration within the Asian continent, associated with the search of the mythical kingdom of Cathay.
