The 42nd International Congress of Fe y Alegría (Faith and Joy), the Latin American popular education movement, was held in Bogotá on 11- 13 November. This year, the aim of the Congress was to construct a framework of identity and spirituality for the network of schools that educates 1,500,000 students every year. The framework enables Fe y Alegría to fulfil its mission in a diversity of countries and contexts.
