On the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 10 December, the Brazilian Supreme Court adjourned its important decision regarding the contested demarcation of the Raposa Serra do Sol Indigenous Reservation in Roraima State, Northern Brazil (see Headlines 2008-06).
