From 25 November to 1 December, a seminar held in Caracas was engaged in designing a programme of political and civic formation (see Headlines 2007-02). Forty-nine men and women from fifteen Latin American countries and Spain took part. Apart from being a space for intense debates and fruitful collaboration, the seminar also saw the formal start of training for the Animation Teams (Equipos Dinamizadores) of each country involved in the project.
