Staff members at the Jesuit-run University of San Francisco, including the president, deans, and vice presidents, spent a week in Nicaragua in June learning about poverty as part of a leadership-training immersion trip. It was the third such retreat; previous trips were to El Salvador and Tijuana, Mexico.
