Father Stan D’Souza SJ of the Calcutta Province expired at 4 a.m. on September 8 at Maison St-Ignace, Brussels. Fr D?Souza was for many years on the staff of the United Nations as a statistician and population expert. Later he was Convener of Jesuit network IPC (International Population Concern) with his centre of operation at Brussels, Belgium. He was at one time Director of the Indian Social Institute, New Delhi. May his soul rest in peace.
