Paul Sergio Vaillant S.J., one of the three Brazilian Jesuits participating as members of the international delegation, and a veteran of other Forums, interviewed Francisco Whitaker, General Secretary of the WSF. He found him extremely busy but with a great smile on his face. Francisco commented on the decision to bring the Forum to Mumbai. ?I am extremely happy about this Forum in India. I am happy about the massive participation of the poor and excluded. The WSF was born to give them a space and a voice.
